Is car parking available?
Yes, there is. Guests of the hotel can park their car for 1,200 JPY per night (from 3:00 pm to 10:00 am of the next morning.) The parking lot operates on a first come, first served basis. Please note that we cannot accept reservations in advance. In the event that the parking lot is full of that your car type does not fit the space, we will guide you to a coin-operated parking lot near the hotel. If your car type does not fit the space, we will guide you to a coin-operated parking lot near the hotel.
Is bicycle parking available?
We are terribly sorry, but we do not provide a parking space for bicycles.

Yes, on the 7th and 10th floors.

Yes, beer and mineral water is available on each floor. Soft drinks are available on the 1st, 2nd, 7th and 10th floors.

We apologize, but there are no vending machines available for cigarettes. Please use a nearby convenience store etc.
Can I smoke inside the facilities?
Though there are guest rooms available where smoking is permitted, all communal areas in the hotel grounds are non-smoking. Thank you for your understanding. (There is a smoking area at the entrance.)

Breakfast is served 7:00AM–10:00AM (last order 9:30AM) in "Sakura" on the 1st floor. (1080 yen per person)

What is VOD system?
Short for "Video on Demand". Around 250 channels are available for viewing, including movies. (1000 yen per night). Programs include foreign films, Japanese films (Fast forward and rewind functions are available).
Is it possible to use the internet at the hotel?
Yes, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) connections are available in the lobby etc. Cabled LAN and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) are available in all rooms.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
Cleaning generally takes place in the afternoon during your stay. The latest time to request cleaning is 2:00PM. Past 2:00PM, we will not be able to accept requests for cleaning; we thank you for your understanding. (We can still replenish towels and amenities.) If you do not need room cleaning, please contact the front desk beforehand.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Normally, check-in is after 3:00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am.
They vary by your reservation plan.

Is early check-in available?
We may not be able to accommodate your request for early check-in depending on the conditions of the hotel.

Late check-out is charged "30% of the standard room charge" until 1:00pm,

Yes, a relaxation service is available for 4400 yen for 40 minutes. We accept reservations for 8PM to 1:00AM. Please make a request at the front desk during your stay.
Do you have dry cleaning / laundry service?
Yes. If a garment is left with the front desk by 9 in the morning, it will be returned to you at the front desk past 5PM on the same day. (The cleaning service is closed on Sundays, Public Holidays, New Years' Holiday etc.)

Can I get some cold medicine?
We do not offer medication because it is against the law.

It can be used for payment upon check-in.

Apart from Japanese, there may be staff that speak English. (We may not be able to accommodate your requests 24 hours, 365 days a year; we thank you for your understanding.)

Yes, we are required by Japanese law to have
"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.
