Extension fee is 1,000 yen per person per hour. The maximum time is until 13:00.

*Customers who need to receive a receipt or return rental items, please check out at the Front Desk.

When boarding from the first floor or Second floor, please present your card key to the card reader on the wall to call the elevator.

Please note that only guests are allowed to enter the guest rooms.
Please use the lobby on the 1st floor for visiting guests.
 

The following hours are locked for security purposes. Please hold your card key over the card reader to enter.
Entrance on the 1st floor: 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM
 

■Emergency Exit
For your safety, please confirm the nearest emergency exit on the floor plan inside the guest room door.

■Inside the guest room
Please close the bathroom door to prevent smoke alarms from being activated.
To prevent falling objects, please do not place any objects on the edge of the window when the window is open.

■Valuables
We keep them at the Front Desk.
Items that are too large or cannot fit in the Front Desk safe should be managed by guests themselves.

■Green Card
In accordance with SDGs, we will only replace bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) during your stay if you wish to do so.
If you wish to have your bed linen replaced, please leave the green card on the bed and let us know (to preserve the quality, please leave the card on the bed for 3 days).
(To maintain quality, we will clean the room and change the linens every 3 days.)

■Cleaning Hours
10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
If you do not need cleaning, please place a magnet on the outside of the door and let us know.

■Lost and Found
Please be careful not to leave any uneaten food or beverages behind after your departure, as we will dispose of them.

Toothbrush, cotton swab, body towel, tea, coffee, shoe polisher,hairbrushes,5-blade razors
We provide environmentally friendly amenities.
Please take only what you need to your room.

After use, please stand the cup upright so that it can be recycled and reborn as a new amenity.
Please participate in recycling.

　(Detergent for the laundry is automatically thrown in. Money exchange is available at the Front Desk.)

■Smoking area

Please use the smoking area in the lobby.
*In the event of smoking outside designated areas or evidence of electronic cigarette use, restoration and cleaning fees will be charged.

Please feel free to inquire at the 1st floor Front Desk. (The number of items available is limited.)

Reception hours by 9:30 AM
If you can drop off your laundry at the Front Desk by the reception time, we will pick it up at the Front Desk after 19:00 on the same day.
(We may suspend cleaning services on Sundays, National holidays, year-end and New Year holidays.)

Please bring the slip to the Front Desk. Slips are available at the Front Desk.
Only shipments within Japan are accepted. We do not accept any special delivery requests, such as time service, cool delivery, etc.
