What is VOD system?
VOD stands for video-on-demand system. You can enjoy about 100 channels with various programs that include movies. (1,000 yen/night) The programs include Western movies and Japanese movies. (You can fast-forward and rewind the video.)

Yes. You can use wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) in the lobby. Wired and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available in all guest rooms.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
We clean your room from 10:00 a.m. during your stay. The housekeeping service is available until 13:00. After 13:00, we cannot clean your room. (We will change towels and amenities.) If you need no housekeeping service, please notify the hotel desk in advance.
Is it possible to receive extra towels and amenities?
One additional towel and amenities are available for free. We will charge for two or more additional towels or amenities.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is until 10:00. However, they may be different according to the itinerary of the plan you reserved.
Is early check-in available?
Early check-in before 15:00 may be unavailable depending upon the booking status of the previous day and the status on the day of the reservation. Please ask us for details. We will charge extra for early check-in depending on the time.
Is late check-out available?
The ordinary checkout is 10:00. We will charge 1,000 yen/hour for one hotel guest for late checkout. If you stay after 13:00, we will charge a one night accommodation fee. (* These services may not be available depending on the reservation status on the day of the reservation.)
Do you accept late check-in?
If you cannot check in within 2 hours after the time you registered with a reservation, your reservation may be canceled. If you check in after the registered time, please let us know in advance. We lock the entrance automatic door during the night (25:00 to next 6:00) for security reasons. Please talk to our receptionist over the intercom at the entrance.
Is there a curfew?
We have no curfew. However, for security reasons, the automatic door at the entrance is locked between 25:00 and 6:00. Please unlock the door with your hotel key card.
Can I stay with my pet?
Animals are not allowed in our hotel except for an assistance dog (guide dog, hearing assistance dog, service dog, etc.).

Hotel guests can use a rental PC for 1,000 yen per night, although the number is limited. You can use only Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files, not other file formats.
Do you offer relaxation services?
Relaxation is available from 19:00 to 4:00 the next morning at 4,000 yen/40 minutes. Please make an appointment at the front desk when you check-in.
Do you have dry cleaning / laundry service?
Yes. If you leave your clothes at the front desk by 10:00 in the morning, you can pick up the laundry at the front desk after 19:00 on the same day. (Our laundry service is not available on Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays.)
Do you offer room service?

Can I get some cold medicine?
We are prohibited from providing any medicine according to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act. Please prepare any medicine yourself, visit a doctor, or buy medicine at a drugstore.
Can I send items from the hotel?
Yes. We will arrange delivery at the front desk. * We do not a handle special delivery including time-slot specifying delivery and cool delivery.
Do you offer baggage check service after the check-in / check-out?
Yes. We will keep your luggage on the day of check-in and checkout. You must pick up your luggage on the same day. We cannot keep the following items: luggage of a person without hotel reservations, valuables/fragile articles, things that need special care, such as temperature control (cold-storage goods and frozen goods) merchandise.

Please send luggage to the hotel. We will keep it until the day of check-in. *Please write down your name (in katakana) and your accommodation date. We cannot keep the following items: cash, valuables, fragile articles, things that need special temperature/humidity control such as refrigerated delivery, or cash on delivery goods.

Your valuables will be enclosed in a valuable bag and kept in the safe in the hotel. We cannot keep some valuables due to the size and contents.

Can you issue a receipt in a company name?
We can issue a receipt addressed to the company. We ask our guests to use an automatic payment machine for accommodation fees, and the receipt will be issued by the machine. We also prepare a receipt at the front desk (handwritten receipt).
Can I use the Ginren Card?
You can use a Union Pay Card when you pay at the time of check-in. We will handle Union Pay Card at the front desk. (You cannot use it for an automatic payment machine.) However, you cannot use a Union Pay Card at hotel facilities.
Do you have staff that speak languages other than Japanese?
Some hotel staff can speak English or Chinese other than Japanese. But they are not always available (24 hours/365 days).

Seven Eleven is just next to the hotel. (Go to the right at the hotel entrance.) Korakuen Office of NIPPON Rent-A-Car is a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Is there a cancellation fee?
You will be charged 20% of the total amount if you cancel on the previous day and 80% of the total amount if you cancel on your scheduled arrival date in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the accommodation contract of our hotel. If you cancel without notification, you will be charged 100% of the total amount. * The above shall not apply to some plans, reservation methods, or group reservations of 15 or more people.
