Is car parking available?
There are metered parking spaces for 14 vehicles on the hotel groundson a first come, first served basis. You cannot reserve a parking lot. If all lots are occupied or your car cannot fit into our parking lot, we will refer you to metered parking lots near our hotel. (We do not have any affiliated parking lots.)
Is bicycle parking available?
We have no parking area for bicycles.

Do you have an ice dispenser?
Yes. It's in the launderette area on the 2nd floor.
I would like to use a microwave.
Yes. It's in the lobby on the 1st floor. Feel free to use it.
Are there vending machines?
Yes. It's on the 2nd floor.
Do you have a coin laundry?
Yes. It's on the 2nd floor.
Is there a vending machine for cigarettes?
We have no cigarette vending machine in this hotel.
Can I smoke inside the facilities?
Nonsmoking in guest rooms and the common space including the lobby. Please use the smoking area on the 1st floor.
When and where can I have breakfast?
Free breakfast is prepared in the breakfast area on the 2nd floor between 6:30–9:30. (You may have to wait if it is crowded. Thank you for your understanding.)
Do you have a restaurant?
We have no restaurant in this hotel.
Do you have a meeting room?
We have no meeting room in this hotel.
Are your facilities barrier-free?
Yes. We have barrier-free guest room.

What is VOD system?
VOD stands for video-on-demand system. You can enjoy about 100 channels with various programs including movies. (1,000 yen/night) The programs include Western movies and Japanese movies. (You can fast-forward and rewind the video.)
Is it possible to use the internet at the hotel?
Yes. You can use wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) in the lobby. Wired and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available in all guest rooms.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
We clean your room from 10:00 a.m. during your stay. The housekeeping service is available until 13:00. After 13:00, we cannot clean your room. (We will change towels and amenities.) If you need no housekeeping service, please notify the hotel desk in advance.
Is it possible to receive extra towels and amenities?
One additional towel and amenity items are available for free.

Is it permissible to hold a meeting with a non-hotel guest at the hotel?
For the hotel morale and security purposes,
we ask non-hotel guests to refrain from entering the guestrooms and guestroom hallways.

Are there rooms for 3 people to share?

Are there rooms for women only?
We have no guest rooms only for women.
I have small children. Do I pay children's rate?
One child (0-12 years old) is free with each adult guest.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Normally, check-in is after 3:00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am.
They vary by your reservation plan.
* If you have the Via Inn Members Card, check-out is before noon
(limited to reservations made by phone or on the internet).
Is early check-in available?
We may not be able to accommodate your request for early check-in depending on the conditions of the hotel.
Please confirm with the hotel.
Moreover, we may charge extra fee for early check-ins, depending on the time.
Is late check-out available?
Normal check-out time is before 10:00am.
Late check-out is charged "30% of the standard room charge" until 1:00pm,
and "50% of the standard room charge" until 3:00pm.
Late check-in past 3:00pm will be charged as 1 night of stay
(* Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate your request).
Do you accept late check-in?
If you cannot check in within 2 hours after the time you registered with a reservation, your reservation may be canceled. If you check in after the registered time, please let us know in advance. We lock the entrance door during the night (1:00 AM to 6:00 AM) for security reasons. Please talk to our receptionist over the intercom at the entrance.
Is there a curfew?
We have no curfew. However, for security reasons, the automatic door at the entrance is locked between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Please unlock the door with your hotel key card.
Can I stay with my pet?
Only service animals are allowed in the hotel.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept VISA/JCB/AMEX/MasterCard/J-WEST.
How can I pre-pay for my invited guests?
Please pay prior to arrival at the hotel or by bank transfer.
Alternatively, please use the official reservation site to pay by a credit card.
Please notify the hotel if you are paying upon arrival or by bank transfer.
We are not liable for any fees incurred through bank transfer.
What kind of rental items do you have?
You can borrow the following items.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cribs.

Yes.

Do you offer copy / printing service?
Copies can be requested at the front desk (please contact the front desk for charges).
Id there a computer connected to the internet in the hotel?
There is a computer in the lobby for the guests.
It can be used free of charge.
Do you offer relaxation services?

Do you have dry cleaning / laundry service?
Yes. If you leave your clothes at the front desk by 10:00 in the morning, you can pick up the laundry at the front desk after 18:00 on the day. (Our laundry service is not available on Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays.)
Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service.
Can I get some cold medicine?
We do not offer medication because it is against the law.
Please bring them with you, or purchase them at the pharmacy.
Can I send items from the hotel?
Yes, at the front desk (Yamato).
* We do not accept shipping with special handling like Time Service or Cool Bin.
Do you offer baggage check service after the check-in / check-out?
Yes.
We can keep your luggage on the check-in or check-out day.
We do not hold belongings without a hotel reservation, valuables or fragile items,
or items that require specific temperature storage (refrigerated or frozen).

Can you keep my valuables?
Yes.
They will be sealed in a valuable's bag and placed in the hotel's safe.
We may not be able to accommodate your request,
depending on the size or the nature of the items.
Can you exchange foreign currency?
We do not offer foreign currency exchange.
Can you issue a receipt in a company name?
It is possible to address it to a company.
If paying at the time of check-in, we ask for payment to be made on the automated machine.
The receipt will be generated by the machine.
Hand-written receipt can be generated upon request.
Can I use the Ginren Card?
It can be used for payment upon check-in.
Payment with Ginner card can be processed at the front desk (it is not accepted by the automated machine). However, please be aware that it is not accepted by other facilities inside the hotel
Do you have staff that speak languages other than Japanese?
Some hotel staff can speak English and Japanese. (They are not available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.)

What are the recommended restaurants near the hotel?
The hotel has prepared a gourmet map for nearby restaurants,
so please ask the front desk for more information.
Does the hotel have a convenience store or rental cars available?
FamilyMart (convenience store) is about a one-minute walk from the hotel.
Rent-a-car offices are in the neighborhood.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Based on our hotel accommodation contract,
the fee is 20% on the day before the arrival date, 80% on the arrival date,
and 100% if we do not receive a notification from you (no-show).
※There may be additional stipulations depending on plan, reservation method,
and group reservations of 15 guests or more, so please verify with the hotel you are reserving.
Can I sign up on a cancellation wait-list?
We do not offer wait-lists for cancelled reservations.
We can provide the latest information on room availability,
so please contact your desired hotel directly.
Can I make reservations by email?
We do not offer reservations through email.
We apologize, but please use the room reservation system website or contact the hotel by telephone.

Do you accept guide dogs in the hotel room?
Yes, you may bring your guide dog during your stay at Via Inn.
Though if you wish to do so, we kindly ask you to notify us before your stay.
Do I have to present my passport when checking in?
Yes, we are required by Japanese law to have
"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.
