What is VOD system?
VOD stands for video on demand. You can enjoy watching a variety of foreign and Japanese films from about 100 channels. (1,000 yen per night) (Fast-forward and rewind are available.)

You can use wireless LAN (Wi-Fi standard) in the lobby. Wired Lan and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi standard) are also available in all rooms at no charge.You can borrow a LAN cable at the reception desk.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
Housekeeping service is available from 10:00 to 13:00 during your stay. After 13:00, our housekeeping service is unavailable. (Towels and amenities can be changed.) If you need no housekeeping service, please let the reception know in advance.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is usually from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00, but they may be different depending on accommodation plans.
Is early check-in available?
If you want early check-in (before 15:00), we will usually charge extra. However, we may not be able to offer a room depending on the reservation status. Contact us for details.
Is late check-out available?
Checkout is usually by 10:00. If you want late checkout, 1,000 yen per person per hour will be charged until 13:00. After 13:00, we will charge one night. (*We may not be able to offer a room depending on the reservation status on the day.)
Do you accept late check-in?
If you do not check-in after two hours from the time you registered at the time of reservation without prior notice, your reservation may be cancelled. If you arrive late, be sure to let us know in advance. We lock the entrance automatic door for the purpose of crime prevention from 1:00 to 6:00. Please call the reception with an intercom at the entrance.
Is there a curfew?
We have no curfew at our hotel. However, the entrance automatic door is locked for the purpose of crime prevention from 1:00 to 6:00. Please unlock the door with your guest room card key.

Only service animals are allowed in the hotel.

Photocopies can be made at the front desk (please ask regarding cost).
However please be aware we are unable to provide a printing service using data from USB drives or email attachments.
Do you have a PC/PCs that can be connected to the Internet in the hotel?
We have a PC for hotel guests in the lobby. Our hotel guests can use it at no charge.
(You cannot use USB flash drives.)
Do you have PCs to rent?
Computers are available for rent (1,000 yen).
The quantities are limited.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF reader are available.
Any other file format cannot be accommodated.
Do you offer relaxation services?
Relaxation massage is available at 6,000 yen/40 minutes (business hours: 18:00 to 0:00) and aroma esthetic at 11,000 yen/60 minutes (business hours: 18:00 to 4:00) Call the relaxation reception from your room.
Do you have dry cleaning / laundry service?
A laundry service is available. If you leave your laundry at the front desk by 10:00 in the morning, you can pick it up after 18:00 on the day at the front desk.
(Our laundry service is not available on Sundays, national holidays, summer holidays, Golden Week, and New Year's holidays.)

There are some staff members who can speak English and Chinese other than Japanese. (They are not always available.)

A convenience store is within a two-minute walk distance from the hotel.

Nishi Ward Office 4-5-14 Shinmachi, Nishi-ku, Osaka
Take Osaka Metro Nagahori-Tsurumiryokuchi Line for Taisho and get off at Nishinagahori Station (Exit No.4A). The ward office is very close to the Exit.

Based on our hotel accommodation contract,
the fee is 20% on the day before the arrival date, 80% on the arrival date,

Yes, we are required by Japanese law to have
"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.
