By Bus: Approx. 75 minutes from Kansai Internation Airport, get off at “Shinsaibashi Bus Terminal (Nikko Hotel Osaka-Mae)”
Train: JR Kansai Airport Line → Approx. 50 minutes by subway

Is car parking available?
Yes, there is a parking lot. 1400 JPY per night for customers staying overnight (24 hours from when you begin your stay). Please give your parking ticket to the front desk staff upon arrival.
Is bicycle parking available?
We are sorry, but this is not available.

Do you have an ice dispenser?
Yes, on the 7th and 11th floors.
I would like to use a microwave.
Yes, in the lobby on the 3rd floor. Please feel free to use it.
Are there vending machines?
Yes. It's on the third floor.
Do you have a coin laundry?
Yes, on the 7th and 11th floors.
Is there a vending machine for cigarettes?
We’re sorry, but there is no vending machine for tobacco. Please purchase tobacco from the convenience store on the 1st floor.
Can I smoke inside the facilities?
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. The common spaces on the premises of the hotel are smoke free. Your understanding is appreciated. (There is a smoking area on the second floor.)
When and where can I have breakfast?
Free breakfast is available between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Please enjoy it in the “Breakfast Corner” on the 3rd floor. (Please understand that it may be crowded and you could be required to wait for a short period.)
Do you have a restaurant?

Do you have a meeting room?
We're sorry, but we do not have meeting rooms.
Are your facilities barrier-free?
Yes, the hotel interior is barrier free. Also, barrier-free rooms are available.

What is VOD system?
VOD is an abbreviation of "Video-On-Demand system". You can choose from about 150 channels with movies and other programs. (1,000 yen for one night.) There are various choices available, from Western films to Japanese films. (You are also able to fast-forward and rewind.)
Is it possible to use the internet at the hotel?
Yes, you can connect to the wireless LAN (WiFi Standard) in the lobby and other areas of the hotel. In addition, every room can connect to the wired LAN or wireless LAN (Wi-Fi Standard) free of charge.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
During your stay, cleaning will start at 10:00. The last cleaning requests will be accepted at 13:00. Please note in advance that we cannot fulfill cleaning requests after 13:30. (We can only respond to requests for exchanging towels and amenities.) If you do not need to receive cleaning services, we appreciate it if you would contact the front desk in advance.
Is it possible to receive extra towels and amenities?
One additional towel and amenity items are available for free.

Is it permissible to hold a meeting with a non-hotel guest at the hotel?
For the hotel morale and security purposes,
we ask non-hotel guests to refrain from entering the guestrooms and guestroom hallways.
Please meet non-hotel guests in the lobby.
Are there rooms for 3 people to share?
We apologize. Unfortunately there are no rooms available for 3 people.
Are there rooms for women only?
Guest rooms only for women are not available.
I have small children. Do I pay children's rate?
One child (0-12 years old) is free with each adult guest.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Normally, check-in is after 3:00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am.
They vary by your reservation plan.
* If you have the Via Inn Members Card, check-out is before noon
(limited to reservations made by phone or on the internet).
Is early check-in available?
We may not be able to accommodate your request for early check-in depending on the conditions of the hotel.
Please confirm with the hotel.
Moreover, we may charge extra fee for early check-ins, depending on the time.
Is late check-out available?
Normal check-out time is before 10:00am.
Late check-out is charged "30% of the standard room charge" until 1:00pm,
and "50% of the standard room charge" until 3:00pm.
Late check-in past 3:00pm will be charged as 1 night of stay
(* Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate your request).
Do you accept late check-in?
If you do not contact us in advance and do not come within two hours of the scheduled check-in time of your reservation, we may cancel your reservation. If by any chance your estimated arrival time will be later than planned, you must notify the hotel in advance. In addition, in order to prevent crime, the elevator in this hotel that goes up to the third floor does not operate between 1:00 a.m. and 6 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please call us on the intercom located at the entrance.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew, but in order to prevent crime, at night (1:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.) the automatic door at the entrance is locked, so please use your room's card key to release the lock.
Can I stay with my pet?
Only service animals are allowed in the hotel.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept VISA/JCB/AMEX/MasterCard/J-WEST.
How can I pre-pay for my invited guests?
Please pay prior to arrival at the hotel or by bank transfer.
Alternatively, please use the official reservation site to pay by a credit card.
Please notify the hotel if you are paying upon arrival or by bank transfer.
We are not liable for any fees incurred through bank transfer.

Copies can be requested at the front desk (please contact the front desk for charges).
Is there a computer connected to the internet in the hotel?
There is a computer in the lobby for the guests.
It can be used free of charge.
Do you have PCs to rent?
Computers are available for rent (1,000 yen).
The quantities are limited.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF reader are available.
Any other file format cannot be accommodated.
Do you offer relaxation services?
Yes, there is. Relaxation prices start at 4,200 yen for 40 minutes. We can accept requests from 15:00 to 26:00. Please contact the front desk during your stay to request these services.
Do you have dry cleaning / laundry service?
Yes, there is. If you leave the item with the front desk before 10:00 a.m., you can pick it up at the front desk by 17:00 the same day. (Please note that the cleaning service will be closed on Sundays, the New Year's holiday, and the O-Bon Festival.)
Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service.
Can I get some cold medicine?
We do not offer medication because it is against the law.
Please bring them with you, or purchase them at the pharmacy.
Can I send items from the hotel?
Yes, at the front desk (Yamato).
* We do not accept shipping with special handling like Time Service or Cool Bin.
Do you offer baggage check service after the check-in / check-out?
Yes.
We can keep your luggage on the check-in or check-out day.
We do not hold belongings without a hotel reservation, valuables or fragile items,
or items that require specific temperature storage (refrigerated or frozen).

We can keep it until the day of your check-in.

We do not accept cash, valuables, fragile items, things that require special temperature storage,
or cash on delivery shipments.
Can you keep my valuables?
Yes.
They will be sealed in a valuable's bag and placed in the hotel's safe.
We may not be able to accommodate your request,
depending on the size or the nature of the items.
Can you exchange Japanese Yen?
There is an automatic fare adjustment machine that can assist with currency exchanges.
Can you exchange foreign currency?
We do not offer foreign currency exchange.
Can you issue a receipt in a company name?
It is possible to address it to a company.
If paying at the time of check-in, we ask for payment to be made on the automated machine.
The receipt will be generated by the machine.
Hand-written receipt can be generated upon request.
Can I use the China Union Pay Card?
It can be used for payment upon check-in.
Payment with China Union Pay card can be processed at the front desk (it is not accepted by the automated machine). However, please be aware that it is not accepted by other facilities inside the hotel
Do you have staff that speak languages other than Japanese?
There are times when a staff member is working who not only speaks Japanese, but also English. (Please note that they are not available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.)

What are the recommended restaurants near the hotel?
The hotel has prepared a gourmet map for nearby restaurants,
so please ask the front desk for more information.
Does the hotel have a convenience store or rental cars available?
There is a 7-Eleven convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel.
There is a Toyota Rent-a-car agency within a 5 min. walk from the hotel.
What should I do to get to know the nearby tourist sights?
Please refer to the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau website.
What is the nearby government administration office or public facilities?

Train: Osaka Municipal Subway Sakaisuji Line / Chuo Line, get off at Sakaisuji Honmachi and leave the station through Exit No. 3. Walk for 100 m towards the east.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Based on our hotel accommodation contract,
the fee is 20% on the day before the arrival date, 80% on the arrival date,
and 100% if we do not receive a notification from you (no-show).
※There may be additional stipulations depending on plan, reservation method,
and group reservations of 15 guests or more, so please verify with the hotel you are reserving.
Can I sign up on a cancellation wait-list?
We do not offer wait-lists for cancelled reservations.
We can provide the latest information on room availability,
so please contact your desired hotel directly.
Can I make reservations by email?
We do not offer reservations through email.
We apologize, but please use the room reservation system website or contact the hotel by telephone.

Do you accept guide dogs in the hotel room?
Yes, you may bring your guide dog during your stay at Via Inn.
Though if you wish to do so, we kindly ask you to notify us before your stay.
Do I have to present my passport when checking in?
Yes, we are required by Japanese law to have
"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.
