We apologize, but the hotel does not have car parking. A coin-operated parking lot is available near the hotel (This parking lot is unaffiliated with the hotel).
Is bicycle parking available?
We apologize, but the hotel does not have bicycle parking.
VOD stands for "Video On Demand". You can view approximately 120 different channels including movie channels (¥1000 per night). There are foreign and Japanese movies available (these can be rewound and fast forwarded).
Is it possible to use the internet at the hotel?
Yes, it is possible to connect to the Internet via a wireless LAN (Wi-Fi standard) in places such as the lobby.
It is also possible to connect to the Internet for free in all guest rooms via a wired LAN or a wireless LAN (Wi-Fi standard).
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
During your stay room cleaning will be carried out from 13:00. Requests for room cleaning will only be accepted up until 13:00. Please note that requests for room cleaning will not be accepted after 13:00 (only new towels and amenities will be available). Please contact the front desk in advance if you do not require cleaning.
Is it possible to receive extra towels and amenities?
One additional towel and amenity items are available for free.

For the hotel morale and security purposes,

We apologise, but unfortunately there are no guest rooms that can be used by 3 people.
Are there rooms for women only?
We are sorry, but there are no women-only guest rooms available.
I have small children. Do I pay children's rate?
One child (0-12 years old) is free with each adult guest.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Normally, check-in is after 3:00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am.
They vary by your reservation plan.
* If you have the Via Inn Members Card, check-out is before noon
(limited to reservations made by phone or on the internet).
Is early check-in available?
We may not be able to accommodate your request for early check-in depending on the conditions of the hotel.
Please confirm with the hotel.
Moreover, we may charge extra fee for early check-ins, depending on the time.
Is late check-out available?
Normal check-out time is before 10:00am.
Late check-out is charged "30% of the standard room charge" until 1:00pm,
and "50% of the standard room charge" until 3:00pm.
Late check-in past 3:00pm will be charged as 1 night of stay

Do you accept late check-in?
Your reservation may be cancelled if you have yet to arrive 2 hours after the check in time you registered when making the reservation without contacting us to let us know. Please be sure to contact the hotel if you are going to be later than your estimated time of arrival. Also, for security reasons we lock the automatic entrance doors at night (from 01:00 to 06:00). We apologise for the inconvenience, but please use the intercom located at the entrance to contact staff.
Is there a curfew?

Relaxation services start from ¥4500 for 40 minutes. These services are available from 17:30 to 27:30. Please order these services at the front desk during your stay.

Yes, we do have cleaning services available.
If you leave your clothes with the front desk before 09:30 in the morning, you will be able to pick them up after 18:00 on the same day. (Cleaning is not available on Sundays, national holidays, during the New Year's holiday season, and during the Bon holiday period.)

Can I get some cold medicine?
We do not offer medication because it is against the law.

Can I send items from the hotel?

It can be used for payment upon check-in.
Payment with Ginner card can be processed at the front desk (it is not accepted by the automated machine).

Do you have staff that speak languages other than Japanese?
There are times when there are staff who can speak English and Chinese, as well as Japanese, on shift. (Please note that this is not the case 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.)
Based on our hotel accommodation contract,
the fee is 20% on the day before the arrival date, 80% on the arrival date,
and 100% if we do not receive a notification from you (no-show).

Yes, you may bring your guide dog during your stay at Via Inn.
Though if you wish to do so, we kindly ask you to notify us before your stay.
Do I have to present my passport when checking in?
Yes, we are required by Japanese law to have
"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.
