Request regarding the use of mobile batteries

Dear Customers,
In recent years, incidents of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire have been reported both domestically and internationally.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following points when using devices in the guest rooms.

■ Precautions when charging
　1. Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from your room, such as when you go out.
　2. Charging should be done in a location where you can always check the status yourself.
　3. Please refrain from charging in the following locations.
　・Near a window exposed to direct sunlight
　・On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, curtains, etc.
　4. Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or overheating.

■ Regarding guest room cleaning
　Please note that if any of the above situations are discovered during cleaning during your stay, staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it to ensure safety.
