Notice of Building-Wide Power Outage Due to Mandatory Electrical Equipment Inspection

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Via Imprime Hiroshima Shinkansen Exit.

We would like to inform you that there will be a building-wide power outage due to a mandatory electrical equipment inspection conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as detailed below.
For safety reasons, guests will not be permitted to remain inside the building during the specified time period.

■ Important Notes
(1) All lighting in the building, as well as all electrical appliances in guest rooms—including refrigerators, televisions, and air conditioners—will be turned off.
*We cannot store refrigerated items. Please be mindful of this if you are using a refrigerator.
　*We cannot compensate for any data loss or damage to computers or other electronic devices caused by the power outage. Please unplug all devices currently connected to power outlets.
(2) Water and gas supplies will be shut off. Toilets, showers, and other facilities will be unavailable.
(3) Elevators will be out of service. Once the power is out, you will not be able to leave the hotel or move between floors.
(While it is possible to use the stairs, we kindly ask for your cooperation in leaving the hotel before the power outage begins, if possible.)
(4) The last time to request housekeeping services on the day of the outage is 10:00 a.m.
(5) Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. for all guests, including Via Inn Members Club members. We cannot accommodate requests for late check-out.
(6) Komeda Coffee will be open until 10:30 a.m. (Last order at 10:00 a.m.)
