What is the access route from the nearest interchange (IC)?
VOD stands for video on demand.
You can enjoy watching various contents including foreign and Japanese films from about 150 channels. (1,000 yen per night) (Fast-forward and rewind are available.)
Is it possible to use the internet at the hotel?
Yes, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) connections are available in the lobby etc. Cabled LAN and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) are available in all rooms.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
Housekeeping service is available from 10:00 to 13:00 during your stay.
After 13:00, our housekeeping service is unavailable. (Towels and amenities can be changed.)
If you need no housekeeping service, please let the reception know in advance.
Is it possible to receive extra towels and amenities?
One additional set of towels and amenities is provided free for each guest.
There will be an extra charge for two or more additional items.

Is it permissible to hold a meeting with a non-hotel guest at the hotel?
For the hotel morale and security purposes,
we ask non-hotel guests to refrain from entering the guestrooms and guestroom hallways.

Are there rooms for women only?
Unfortunately, there are no guest rooms exclusively for ladies.
I have small children. Do I pay children's rate?
For each adult guest, one child under 12 years old can stay in the room free of charge.
* Please be aware that although there is no room charge for children, extra amenities such as towels and toothbrushes are not provided.
What about breakfast for the child who shares a bed with the parents or guardians?
Breakfast is free for children under school age. (1,720 yen per school-age child)
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Normally, check-in is after 3:00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am.
They vary by your reservation plan.
* If you have the Via Inn Members Card, check-out is before noon
(limited to reservations made by phone or on the internet).
Is early check-in available?
If you want early check-in (before 15:00), we will usually charge extra. However, we may not be able to offer a room depending on the reservation status. Contact us for details.
Is late check-out available?
Checkout is usually by 10:00. If you want late checkout, 1,000 yen per person per hour will be charged until 13:00. After 13:00, we will charge one night. (*We may not be able to offer a room depending on the reservation status on the day.)
Do you accept late check-in?
If we have not received a call from you 2 hours after the check-in time designated during booking, we may cancel your booking. Please be sure to contact the hotel beforehand in the event that your arrival is later than your planned arrival time. Furthermore, for security reasons, the hotel will lock the automatic doors at the entrance during the night (12:00AM–6:00AM); we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you use the intercom at the entrance.
Is there a curfew?
We have no curfew at our hotel. However, the entrance automatic door is locked for the purpose of crime prevention from 1:00 to 6:00. Please unlock the door with your guest room card key.
Can I stay with my pet?
Only service animals are allowed in the hotel.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept VISA／JCB／AMEX／MasterCard／J-WEST.
How can I pre-pay for my invited guests?
Please pay at the hotel or by bank transfer before the check-in date. Contact us in advance. Handling fee for bank transfer needs to be paid by you. We will not accept late payment.
What kind of rental items do you have?
You can borrow the following.
* Please come to the front desk if you need any of the above. The number of these items is limited, so return the item to the front desk after use.
Do you have a crib?
We are sorry but we do not have any baby cribs. We also do not have bed guards or rails.
Do you have extra beds?
Unfortunately, there are no extra beds available.
Do you offer fax service?
We can accept them at the front desk
(shipping fees vary by the destination).
Do you offer copy / printing service?
Photocopies can be made at the front desk (please ask regarding cost).
However please be aware we are unable to provide a printing service using data from USB drives or email attachments.
Is there a computer connected to the internet in the hotel?
There is a computer in the lobby for the guests.
It can be used free of charge.
Do you have PCs to rent?
Rental PCs are unavailable.
Do you offer relaxation services?
A relaxation service is available.
You are supposed to make a reservation and submit payment all by yourself. Please see the information in the guest room for details.
Do you have dry cleaning / laundry service?
A laundry service is available.
If you leave your laundry by 9:30 in the morning at the front desk, you can pick it up after 19:00 on the day at the front desk.
(Our laundry service is not available on Wednesdays, national holidays, and New Year's holidays.)
Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service.
Can I get some cold medicine?
We do not offer medication because it is against the law.
Please bring them with you, or purchase them at the pharmacy.
Can I send items from the hotel?
Yes, at the front desk (Yamato).
* We do not accept shipping with special handling like Time Service or Cool Bin.
Do you offer baggage check service after the check-in / check-out?
We can keep your luggage on the check-in or check-out day.
We do not hold belongings without a hotel reservation, valuables or fragile items,
or items that require specific temperature storage (refrigerated or frozen).

There is a safe-deposit box in the guest room. Also, we can keep your valuables enclosed in a valuable bag in the safe of the hotel. However, we may not be able to keep your valuables depending on the size and contents.
Can you exchange Japanese Yen?
The automatic payment machine can provide change.
Can you exchange foreign currency?
We do not offer foreign currency exchange.
Can you issue a receipt in a company name?
It is possible to address it to a company.
If paying at the time of check-in, we ask for payment to be made on the automated machine.
The receipt will be generated by the machine.
Hand-written receipt can be generated upon request.
Can I use the China Union Pay Card?
It can be used for payment upon check-in.
Payment with China Union Pay Card can be processed at the front desk (it is not accepted by the automated machine).
However, please be aware that it is not accepted by other facilities inside the hotel
Do you have staff that speak languages other than Japanese?
There are some staff members who can speak English and Korean other than Japanese. (They are not always available.)
Can I use a guest room only during the day?
We are not available for use only during the day.
When should I pay the accommodation fee?

Do you have a complimentary drink service?
Tea bags and instant coffee are prepared next to the automatic payment machine on the first floor. Take some to your room, boil water with the electric kettle in the guest room, and enjoy them. *No complimentary drink is prepared in the guest room.
Should I leave my room key at the front desk when I go out?
You can keep your room key until checkout. You can also leave your room key at the front desk.
Will you carry my baggage to the guest room?
We do not carry your baggage to your room.
Do you have slippers and pajamas for children?
They are not available.
Can I pay with gift vouchers, QUO card, or electronic money?

the fee is 20% on the day before the arrival date, 80% on the arrival date,

Yes, you may bring your guide dog during your stay at Via Inn.
Though if you wish to do so, we kindly ask you to notify us before your stay.
Do I have to present my passport when checking in?
Yes, we are required by Japanese law to have
"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.

Is there an expiration date of a member club card or point?
There is no expiration date. But if the card is not used for two years after the last use, the accumulated points will have expired.
