There is a parking lot on the premises of the hotel. The parking lot is on a first-come-first-served basis. You cannot make a reservation. If the parking lot is fully occupied or your car cannot be parked because of the size, we will show you a coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood.
Is bicycle parking available?
We are afraid that we have no parking spaces for bicycles.
VOD stands for video on demand. You can enjoy watching a variety of different foreign and Japanese films on 150 channels. (1,000 yen per night) (Fast-forward and rewind are available.)
Is it possible to use the internet at the hotel?
Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi standards) is available in the lobby. Also, both wired LAN and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi standards) are available in all guest rooms free of charge.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
Housekeeping services are available from 10:00 to 13:00 during your stay.
After 13:00, our housekeeping services are unavailable. (Towels and amenities can be changed.)
If you need no housekeeping services, please let the reception desk personnel know in advance.
Is it possible to receive extra towels and amenities?
One additional towel and amenity items are available for free.

Is it permissible to hold a meeting with a non-hotel guest at the hotel?
For the hotel morale and security purposes,
we ask non-hotel guests to refrain from entering the guestrooms and guestroom hallways.

Are there rooms for women only?
We have no guest rooms only for women.
I have small children. Do I pay children's rate?
For each adult guest, one child under 12 years old can stay in the room free of charge.
* Please be aware that although there is no room charge for children, extra amenities such as towels and toothbrushes are not provided.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Normally, check-in is after 3:00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am.
They vary by your reservation plan.
* If you have the Via Inn Members Card, check-out is before noon
(limited to reservations made by phone or on the internet).
Is early check-in available?
If you want early check-in (before 15:00), we will usually charge extra. However, we may not be able to offer a room depending on the reservation status. Contact us for details.
Is late check-out available?
Checkout is usually by 10:00. If you want late checkout, 1,000 yen per person per hour will be charged until 13:00. After 13:00, we will charge one night. (*We may not be able to offer a room depending on the reservation status on the day.)
Do you accept late check-in?
If you do not check in within two hours from the time you registered at the time of your reservation without prior notice, your reservation may be cancelled. If you arrive late, be sure to let us know in advance. We lock the automatic entrance door for the purpose of crime prevention from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.. Please call the reception desk using the intercom at the entrance.
Is there a curfew?
We have no curfew at our hotel. However, the automatic entrance door is locked for the purpose of crime prevention from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.. Please unlock the door with your guest room card key.
Can I stay with my pet?
Only service animals are allowed in the hotel.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept VISA／JCB／AMEX／MasterCard／J-WEST.
How can I pre-pay for my invited guests?
Please pay prior to arrival at the hotel or by bank transfer.
Alternatively, please use the official reservation site to pay by a credit card.
Please notify the hotel if you are paying upon arrival or by bank transfer.
We are not liable for any fees incurred through bank transfer.

Photocopies can be made at the front desk (please ask regarding cost).
However please be aware we are unable to provide a printing service using data from USB drives or email attachments.
Is there a computer connected to the internet in the hotel?
There is a computer in the lobby for the guests.
It can be used free of charge.
Do you have PCs to rent?
Computers are available for rent (1,000 yen).
The quantities are limited.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF reader are available.
Any other file format cannot be accommodated.
Do you offer relaxation services?
Relaxation massage is available for 6,000 yen/40 minutes (business hours: 15:00 to 0:00) and aroma esthetic for 11,000 yen/60 minutes (business hours: 15:00 to 4:00).
Call the relaxation reception desk from your room.
Do you have dry cleaning / laundry service?
Laundry service is available. If you leave your laundry by 9:00 in the morning at the front desk, you can pick it up after 19:00 on the same day at the front desk.
(Our laundry service is not available on Sundays, national holidays, and New Year's holidays.)

We do not offer room service.
Can I get some cold medicine?
We do not offer medication because it is against the law.

Can I use the China Union Pay Card?
It can be used for payment upon check-in.
Payment with China Union Pay Card can be processed at the front desk (it is not accepted by the automated machine).
However, please be aware that it is not accepted by other facilities inside the hotel
Do you have staff that speak languages other than Japanese?
There are some staff members who can speak English and Chinese other than Japanese. (They are not always available.)
Based on our hotel accommodation contract,
the fee is 20% on the day before the arrival date, 80% on the arrival date,
and 100% if we do not receive a notification from you (no-show).

and group reservations of 15 guests or more, so please verify with the hotel you are reserving.
Can I sign up on a cancellation wait-list?
We do not offer wait-lists for cancelled reservations.

We do not offer reservations through email.
We apologize, but please use the room reservation system website or contact the hotel by telephone.
Yes, you may bring your guide dog during your stay at Via Inn.
Though if you wish to do so, we kindly ask you to notify us before your stay.
Do I have to present my passport when checking in?
Yes, we are required by Japanese law to have
"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.
