Is car parking available?
Yes, there is. Guests of the hotel can park their cars overnight for 1,500 JPY per night. Places are assigned in order of reservation. We do not take reservations online, so please call us on the phone to make your reservation (TEL: +81-3-5718-5489.) If the parking lot is full or if you car type does not fit the space, we will guide you to a coin-operated parking lot near the hotel. (No tie up parking lot available.)
Is bicycle parking available?
Yes, there is. Guests staying the night at the hotel can park their bicycles for free. However, spaces are limited, so we operate on a first come, first served basis. Please tell the staff at the front desk if you would like to park your bicycle.

Normally, check-in is after 3:00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am.

If we have not received a call from you 2 hours after the check-in time designated during booking, we may cancel your booking. If a garment is left with the front desk by 10AM in the morning, it will be returned to you at the front desk past 10PM on the same day. (The cleaning service is closed on Sundays, Public Holidays, New Years' Holiday etc.)

Apart from Japanese, there may be staff that speak English and Chinese. (We may not be able to accommodate your requests 24 hours, 365 days a year; we thank you for your understanding.)
Based on our hotel accommodation contract,
the fee is 20% on the day before the arrival date, 80% on the arrival date,
and 100% if we do not receive a notification from you (no-show).

Do I have to present my passport when checking in?
Yes, we are required by Japanese law to have
"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.
