What is the access route from the nearest interchange (IC)?
When arriving from the direction of Umeda: From Umeda, take the Shin-Midosuji and descend at Mikuni (after Yodogawa). Next, take a left at the “Miyahara 1” intersection. Make a right at the 1st signal. On the right you will see a sign saying, “VIA INN SHIN-OSAKA WEST.” When arriving from the direction of Meishin or Chugokudo: Get off at the Suita/Ikeda interchange, enter Shin-Midosuji at the Senri interchange, then get off at the Mikuni Higashi interchange. Take the frontage road for 1.5 km, then turn right at the Miyahara Ichoume intersection. Make a right at the first signal. On the right you will see a sign saying, “Via Inn Shin-Osaka West.”

What is VOD system?
This stands for “Video On Demand.” You will be able to view movies and more on approximately 250 channels. This service costs 1,000 yen per night. Both Japanese and Western programs are available. (Rewind and Fast Forward functions are available.)

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the hotel lobby and other locations. It is also possible to connect to either wired or wireless LAN inside every hotel room.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
While you are staying with us, your room will be cleaned every day at 10 AM. The latest time available for cleaning is 1 PM. Please understand that cleaning services are not available after 1 PM. Is there a cancellation fee?
Based on our hotel accommodation contract,
the fee is 20% on the day before the arrival date, 80% on the arrival date,
and 100% if we do not receive a notification from you (no-show).

"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
