Notice of Building-Wide Power Outage Due to Mandatory Electrical Equipment Inspection

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Via Inn Shinsaibashi.

We would like to inform you that the entire hotel will experience a power outage due to mandatory electrical equipment inspections required by law.

As the electrical systems will be unavailable during the inspection, the hotel will be closed.


■ Date and Time
Tuesday, January 19, 2027, 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

*Please note that we will not be accepting reservations for stays on Tuesday, January 19, 2027.


■ Important Notes　
(1) Due to construction work involving a power outage and water shutdown, the check-out time on Tuesday, January 19, 2027, will be 12:00 PM for all guests, including Via Inn Members Club members. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for late check-out.

(2) We will also be unable to store your luggage after checkout on Tuesday, January 19, 2027.

(3) All electrical equipment and appliances in the hotel—including lighting, refrigerators, televisions, and air conditioners in guest rooms—will be shut off.

(4) Water and gas service will be suspended. Toilets, showers, and other facilities will be unavailable.

(5) The elevators will be out of service.
*Please ensure you have vacated the premises and departed before the power outage begins.

(6) On the day of the power outage, we will be unable to respond to inquiries by phone or email. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
