In addition, the way the rice is stored, washed, and cooked is managed under the guidance of rice masters. We hope you enjoy this special rice that can only be eaten in the region.

This blend is based on Koshihikari produced in Yamagata Prefecture. It is characterized by a rich aroma and moderately soft grains of rice that will stand up to any side dish. In addition, we added Hitomebore produced in Yamagata Prefecture to maintain the sweetness, and Sasanishiki produced in Miyagi Prefecture to add more sweetness and a hidden crunchy texture.
