Bus: It is a 45-minute bus ride from Hiroshima Airport. Exit at the Hiroshima Station bus stop and then it is a one-minute walk. Train: Take the bus from Hiroshima Airport to Shiraichi Station (15 minutes). Take the Sanyou Honsen line to Hiroshima station (approximately 45 minutes).

Is car parking available?
Yes, the facility has a dedicated parking lot. For guests it costs 1,000 yen for one night (3pm to 10am). It operates on a first-come-first-served basis when you make your reservation.
There is also an external public parking lot. This costs 1,000 yen for registered guests. Please present your parking lot ticket to the staff at the front desk when you arrive. Reservations are not available, so there may be times when this parking lot is unavailable. Also, there are limits the times during which the lot may be used and the maximum height of the vehicles. Please contact the hotel for details.

What is VOD system?

Yes, we have wireless LAN (standard Wi-Fi). Wired and wireless LAN (standard Wi-Fi) can be connected to in every room.
How are the rooms cleaned during the stay?
The last cleaning service desk goes until 2:00 PM. Past 2:00 PM you will not be able to receive cleaning service, so please understand in advance (only towels and amenities will be supplied). If cleaning is unnecessary, please contact the front desk prior to the cleaning time.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Based on our hotel accommodation contract,

"foreign nationals who do not possess a valid Japanese address" provide their nationality and passport number,
as well as their passport for photocopying, in addition to providing their full name,
home address, and occupation when checking in.
